Andy Pincon is the Executive Director of Digital Workforce Education Society (DWES) based out of City Colleges of Chicago in the USA and a member of the Webhead Community of Practice for the past five years. DWES is an International non-profit organization providing digital infrastructure, training and curriculum development designed to deliver distance education and online training for a 21st Century Global Workforce. DWES is one of 65 Illinois Small Business Development Centers providing a wide range of technology services throughout the state funded network of Small Business Consulting Centers. DWES also has chapter offices in Mexico, Venezuela, Switzerland and Thailand.

Andy Pincon is also the President of Alado.net. Alado.net provides web-servers for ecollaboration portals, voice-over-IP communication technologies, videoconference hardware and bridging services and managed communication networks from our location within the State of Illinois state-of-the-art cybercenter. Alado.net provides the Webhead community with ecollaboration portals for their distance education events. Over the past three years the Webhead Alado.net portal has had 3,821 users logon to the webserver for 2,147 hours of online distance education collaboration.
